How To Reinforce Physical Education
At Home!
|
- Ask
your child to explain the activity or the skill theme practiced
during daily Physical Education Class.
-
Practice the skill theme your child is working on, and allow him/her
to show you the progress he/she is making.
- Encourage
your child to participate at home the skills learned during the
Physical Education lessons.
- Be
active with your child and encourage your child to be active at
home.

physically fit and maintain an acceptable level of fitness.

positive feelings about physical activity that lead to lifetime
wellness.

aid in the development of movement vocabulary and cognitive awareness
of movement concepts and skill themes.

and improve motor skills and to apply them in modified game and
game activities.
- Develop
character and assist in developing self-confidence, self-efficacy,
and self-actualization.

clothing, no jewelry, and dressed appropriately for the weather. |
